Abstract
Društvene mreže postale su neizbježan alat u procesu zapošljavanja u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju. Istraživanjem se želi razjasniti i analizirati uloga i važnost društvenih mreža u upravljanju ljudskim resursima, s posebnim naglaskom na prednosti i nedostatke takvog pristupa zapošljavanju. U radu se istražuju strategije koje kompanije koriste kako bi maksimizirale rezultate zapošljavanja putem društvenih mreža. Kroz analizu, primjeri najuspješnijih provedbi zapošljavanja putem društvenih mreža prikazani su na strategijama koje provode kompanije kao što su Taco Bell, Marriott International i UPS. Rad zaključuje važnost integracije društvenih mreža u strategije upravljanja ljudskim resursima i potencijalne prednosti koje donose u privlačenju i zapošljavanju kvalificiranih kandidata.
Abstract (english)
Social networks have become an indispensable tool in the recruitment process in the modern business environment. This research aims to clarify and analyze the role and importance of social networks in human resource management, with a special emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of such an approach to recruitment. The study investigates the strategies companies use to maximize recruitment results through social networks. Through analysis, examples of the most successful implementations of recruitment via social networks are showcased using companies such as Taco Bell, Marriott International, and UPS as case studies. The paper concludes with the importance of integrating social networks into human resource management strategies and the potential benefits they bring in attracting and hiring qualified candidates.
