Abstract
Vezikulobulozne autoimune bolesti zajednički je naziv za niz lezija koje zahvaćaju kožu i sluznice, a obilježava ih stvaranje većih ili manjih mjehura s posljedičnim erozijama. Pemfigus, pemfigoid, multiformni eritem, linearna IgA bolest, erozivni lichen planus i herpetiformni dermatitis teško je diferencijalno dijagnostički odijeliti te je stoga potrebna dodatna patohistološka i imunološka dijagnostika. Dentalna skrb ovih pacijenata je komplicirana zbog izražene zahvaćenosti usne šupljine i poteškoća u održavanju oralne higijene. Oralne komplikacije najčešće su bol, krvarenje i otežano uzimanje hrane. Sve to pridonosi povećanju rizika za nastanak parodontalnih oboljenja, kserostomije, oralne kandidijaze i karijesa te ih je stoga potrebno liječiti.
Abstract (english)
Vesiculobullous autoimmune disease is a common name for a variety of lesions affecting the skin and mucous membranes and is characterized by the creation of larger or smaller bladder with consequent erosions. The know of pemphigus vulgaris, pemphigoid, erythema multiforme, linear Iga disease, oral lichen planus and dermatitis herpetiformis is important for the etablishment of a correct differential diagnosis, wich is initially clinial and should definitively be confirmed by histological and immunofluorescence study results. Dental care of these patients is complicated because of the marked involvement of the oral cavity and difficulty in maintaining oral hygiene. Oral complications are usually pain, bleeding and difficulty eating. All these increases the risk of periodontal disease, xerostomia, oral candidiasis and dental caries, and is therefore necessary to cure.
